I met these clients while hosting an open house in the building they rent in. They had started looking but wanted some guidance on the buying process and what they should be looking for in a home and investment.

They prioritized something bigger that they could grow into, a place that would allow their beloved dog and located somewhere they could both easily get to work from. After looking in Kits, North Van and downtown we found this charming 2 bed home with nearly 1000 sq ft in a well taken care of building in the West End.
